What happens when you take fresh Australian grown fruit and let it ferment with no flavours, sweeteners or concentrates added to it? You get some wicked ciders from New England Cider Co! Started in late 2014 at Merilba Estate Wines, located just west of Uralla, Sam Watson & Shaun Cassidy started making delicious dry ciders.
Not interested in the sweet cider life (see what we did there…), New England Cider Co. is focused on making dry ciders from fresh fruit, and fresh fruit only, and using Wild Yeast, this creates ciders that appeal to anyone who isn’t a fan of a sickly sweet cider.
All our ciders are Gluten Free & Vegan, Cloudy & carbonated using secondary fermentation.
